Refunds, Returns, and Exchange Policy
We will exchange for another product or provide a refund if the product you choose does not fit, or if you change your mind.
This is on the condition that you have not worn or damaged the original product supplied, and it can be resold by us.
If you would like to return via post or courier, we require you to pay for the costs of returning the product to our store in Leichhardt, but we will pay for postage and courier costs of the replacement on the first occasion.
We understand that it can be difficult to order the correct size first time. If you change your mind or have ordered a size that doesn’t fit, this means that we will pay for postage of the replacement being sent out, but only on the first replacement due to change of mind or ordering the wrong size.
For a second replacement due to change of mind or the wrong size being ordered, we would need both the incoming and outgoing postage costs to be covered by you. We are happy to exchange for change of mind, but limit our postage costs to the first replacement only.
You are welcome to come to our Leichhardt store for professional fitting and personal service, and we will exchange for change of mind so long as the products have only been tried on, have not been worn, and are in a condition that they can be resold as new.
You can also choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
- has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
- is unsafe
- is significantly different from the sample or description
- doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.
Please keep your proof of purchase—e.g. your receipt.
